Placing an Order

You can place an order directly through our website. Checkout is processed via PayPal; however, you can select “Continue as Guest” and pay using a debit or credit card — you do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase.

Alternatively, you can place an order over the phone by calling our customer service line and asking to speak with a sales agent.

For all phone orders, full payment must be taken during the call. Payment can be made by:

  • MOTO (card payment taken over the phone), or

  • A secure payment link sent via text message or email.

For payment link orders, if payment is not completed while on the phone, you must ensure payment is made and that you receive a confirmation email confirming that your payment has been successfully processed.
